  8. Include a barcode database

    By having a database of barcodes Dineserve would automatically fill in the name of and details about the product.

    The database would hold information such as nutrition, preferred unit of measurement, and prices.

  11. Track sales

    Track sales manually or import data from your accounting software and/or POS.

  15. Select different units for sub-recipes

    Currently the unit used for the sub-recipe is automatically locked to the yield unit of that recipe. This new feature would allow you to specify a different unit.

    Units can be units of mass (e.g. kilogram, pound) or volume (e.g. fluid ounce, litre), or abstract units (e.g. slice).

    This feature would also allow the user to specify conversion for recipes between different units types (e.g. slice to gram).

    Currently each ingredient must be categorized one by one which is not time efficient. Have an option to quickly select multiple ingredients or select all ingredients from the list.

  20. Sort ingredients by category

    Be able to sort (order) the ingredients list by category while you are in Recipes tab and selecting ingredients to add to a recipe, or while you're in the Ingredients tab, or both.

    Priority is Ingredients tab.
